Master Roland Flynn, 7th dan (degree) black, has over 40 years of Taekwon-Do experience.
Master Flynn began his Taekwon-Do training under the late Mr. Tardoni before becoming a student of Grand Master Martin who trained with Grand Master Sereff directly under General Choi Hong-Hi, the founder of Taekwon-Do

Master Flynn has competed in hundreds of tournaments, attended dozens of seminars, judged and refereed thousands of patterns and sparring matches in addition to growing up in Rock Springs through its roughest and most notorious time in history. He can and will tell you what the General would approve of and what he didn't. He was there. He recounts the experiences and shares the knowledge he gained directly from the General in the many seminars he attended hosted by the General.
